E------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Waiver of Second Meal Period I am aware that when my workday is over 10 hours I am entitled to a second meal period. The law allows me to waive the second meal period if I have had my first meal period and if the work can be completed in 12 hours. The foregoing being the case, I wish to waive my second meal period.
